02 判断来球之后,向来球方向转髋。右脚伴随转髋向后方跨出一大步,左脚在地面上做一个拖拽的移动动作,右臂顺势向后方引拍,左臂配合抬起。
03 右脚蹬地发力,起跳击球。起跳时,右脚撑地跳起,并向后方引拍击球。
