1　Scope

This code specifies the general rules for power construction management.

It is applicable to themanagement of engineering construction，commissioning，quality warranty，survey& design，equipment procurement，and equipment manufacturing supervision in newly-built，expanded or renovated power generation，transmission and transformation projects.
