The general procedure of project management includes:
1 Sign the project management contract.
2 Establish the project management department,and appoint the chief project management engineer.
3 Compile the project management planning and the detailed rules for project managements of each profession.
4 Management the construction preparation phase.
5 Supervise the construction of the project.
6 Supervise the commissioning phase of the construction project.
7 Supervise the start-up of acceptance and project handover phase.
8 Review the settlement of completion of the project.
9 Write summaries of project management;file and hand over management documents.
