原料 南瓜1000克,虾仁、鲜贝、水发海参各100克,鸡蛋清1个。
调料 精盐1小匙,味精、鸡精各2小匙,淀粉适量。

1 南瓜去蒂、去外皮,一切两半,挖去瓜瓤,用清水洗净。

5 水发海参洗净,入沸水锅内焯水后沥干,再捣烂成泥。
