1.7 站立格挡
防身术以腰部为中心,腰部以上为上位,腰部以下为下位。站立格挡则分为上位和下位格挡。
1.7.1 上位侧面格挡

1 若对方与我方面对面,我方先不要慌张害怕,要尽量保持平静。可以先观察对方的动机,及时做出反应。

2 在遭受上位侧面打击时,若对方右手握拳来打我方左侧的头部,我方应左手立刻抬起放在左侧后脑处,肘部贴紧左侧面颊,重心右倾,并且做出反应时一定要快速,迅速挡住薄弱部位,保证头部和脸部安全。

1 如果对方冲到我方的正前方时,我方可以先观察对方,尽量保持冷静,不要表现出紧张或者慌张的神情。
